Design Consultation
Our craftsmen produce a design concept based on your inputs — setting style, band, metal, and any personal touches like hidden engravings or birthstones. We confirm your ring size at this stage too.
Deposit
Sourcing a specific stone takes real time and effort, so we ask for a deposit once the design is confirmed — it secures your order and starts the sourcing process. If we're unable to source a stone that matches your requirement, the deposit is refunded in full.
Gemstone Selection
We'll share real photos and video of available stones that match your brief — with full specifications and pricing. Mainly applies to colored stones; diamonds are chosen by certificate (GIA/IGI), so this step is usually quick.
Crafting Begins
Once the stone and design are both confirmed, our team begins work. Most custom rings are completed within 2–4 weeks; more complex designs can take up to 5 weeks.
Delivery or Pickup
Collect your ring from our Colombo Office, or have it delivered to you anywhere in Sri Lanka. Every piece comes with a certificate of authenticity and full after-sales support.

How long does a custom order take?
Most custom rings are ready within 2–4 weeks from design approval and deposit; more complex designs can take up to 5 weeks. Let us know your timeline on WhatsApp.
Do I need to visit in person?
Not at all. Most of our custom orders are handled entirely over WhatsApp — from initial brief to final delivery. If you'd like to visit our Colombo studio to see gemstones in person, you're always welcome to arrange an appointment. Can I bring my own design or inspiration photo?
Absolutely — that's the best way to start. Send us a Pinterest image, a sketch, a photo of a ring you love, or even a description. Our craftsmen will adapt the design to your stone and budget.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
We work collaboratively with you before any crafting begins. You'll review and approve the design concept first. We don't begin casting until you're fully satisfied — so surprises are rare.
Do you offer resizing or alterations after delivery?
Yes. We offer after-sales support including resizing and minor adjustments. Contact us on WhatsApp and we'll advise on the best solution.
