We agree on the style, stone, and size before we ask for a deposit.

Deposit

A deposit secures your order and starts production. If we're unable to fulfil your requirement, it's refunded in full.

We set your stone

Diamonds are chosen by certificate, so this step is usually quick. A specific sapphire accent may take slightly longer to match.

Production

Once confirmed, production begins in our Colombo workshop — allow 2–4 weeks.

Collect or ship

Collect in person in Colombo, or we arrange tracked, insured shipping if you're overseas.

We respond within hours.

If we're unable to fulfil your requirement, your deposit is refunded in full.
