At The Colored Stone Co., we are committed to delivering handcrafted, high-quality gemstone jewelry made to order with care and precision. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for any reason other than a confirmed manufacturing fault.

No Refunds

We do not issue refunds for any products; custom jewelry, or ready-to-ship items. All sales are final. We encourage our customers to reach out before placing an order if they need help with sizing, design clarification, or gemstone selection.

Returns for Repairs Only (If Applicable)

We accept returns only for repairs in the rare case of a manufacturing or production fault. We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing or custom requests
  • Damage caused by mishandling, accidents, improper care, or wear and tear

Eligibility for Repairs

To be eligible for a repair:

  • Reach out to us
  • You must provide clear photographic evidence of the issue (product and defect)
  • The item must be shipped back to us within 21 days of approval

Shipping and insurance costs for returning the item to us will be borne by the customer.

What We Cover

We will repair your item free of charge if:

  • There is a clear manufacturing defect (e.g., loose setting, faulty clasp, structural flaw)
  • The defect is confirmed upon inspection by our team

What We Don’t Cover

Repairs will not be provided for:

  • Damage caused by accidents, improper care, or misuse
  • Natural wear and tear (e.g., scratches, tarnishing)
  • Alterations or repairs made by third parties

In such cases, we may offer a paid repair service depending on the nature of the damage.

Shipping Responsibility

  • The customer is responsible for secure packaging and shipping the product back to us safely.
  • We recommend using insured, trackable shipping.
  • We are not liable for any damage or loss during return transit.

Custom Order Cancellations

  • Jewelry Orders are made-to-order. Once production begins, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items on Arrival

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or incorrect:

  • Contact us immediately with photos
  • We will assess the issue and advise the next steps
  • If approved, we will arrange a repair or replacement at our discretion
