We currently ship to the following countries/regions; European Union countries, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Qatar, Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore, China, UAE & Sri Lanka. If your country is not on the list, feel free to reach out to us and we will assess the possibility of catering to your country/region.

We DO NOT ship to P.O. Box addresses. Our shipments require a physical sign off, therefore we only accept physical business or home addresses.

Local (Sri Lankan) Orders 

All local orders are delivered free of charge, Islandwide.

All jewelry orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

Due to the nature of some of our jewelry, it could take an additional 1-3 weeks to prepare your order, if your order falls under the custom order category.

After dispatch, you will receive your order between 2-5 working days.

You will be notified when your order has been shipped.

All deliveries will require a signature confirmation upon delivery. By signing this confirmation, you acknowledge that you have received the parcel and the product inside is free of any damages or defects. Once you acknowledge receipt for the delivered item, you are 100% liable for its value and care.

International Orders

Insurance

All our orders are insured based on invoice value. 

Please note that we can only ship to the address specified on the invoice. Any losses that occurs due to delivery to incorrect address provided by the customer will not be covered by insurance. So please ensure you provide the correct address.

Import Duties, Taxes & Regulations

Kindly note that we expect our customers to know of the import regulations in their respective countries/regions, for Gemstones and/or Jewelry. We will not be held responsible for parcels held at customs in your country/region.

If any import duties or taxes (Including VAT & GST) are applicable at the destination country/region, the customer is liable to pay. The Colored Stone Co. will not take responsibility for any payments relating to import duties & taxes.

Upon completion of preparation, we will provide you with a video of the finished product prior to shipping.
