Jewelry
• How to measure ring size?
o The best way we recommend to measure your ring size I to visit a jeweler, and ask them to measure your ring size. This helps avoid product returns and customer disappointment.
o If you are NOT able to measure the ring size by visiting a jeweler, click here and we will provide you with general guidelines on how to measure your ring size.
• Is every jewelry order ‘made to order’?
o Yes. We do not hold significant stocks of our jewelry. We manufacture our jewelry only after the customer places the order and makes full payment.
• Why do you not have options above 18KT gold for your jewelry?
o 18KT is the internationally recognized standard for gold jewelry. This is because, gold in its purest form (24KT) is a very malleable substance, which can be bent easily, disfigured easily, scratched easily and cannot retain its shape with everyday wear and tear.
18KT gold consists of 75% pure gold with the remaining 25% being, other alloys, such as copper, silver etc.
