How much does a custom ring cost?
It depends on the gemstone, metal, and design complexity. As a guide: custom rings in silver start from around LKR 50,000; in 18K gold from LKR 150,000; with a natural Ceylon sapphire or diamond from LKR 285,000+. We'll give you a full quote after your initial consultation — no obligation.
How long does a custom order take?
Most custom rings are ready within 3–4 weeks from design approval and deposit. Rush orders may be possible depending on availability — just let us know your timeline on WhatsApp.
Do I need to visit in person?
Not at all. Most of our custom orders are handled entirely over WhatsApp — from initial brief to final delivery. If you'd like to visit our Colombo studio to see gemstones in person, you're always welcome to arrange an appointment.
Can I bring my own design or inspiration photo?
Absolutely — that's the best way to start. Send us a Pinterest image, a sketch, a photo of a ring you love, or even a description. Our craftsmen will adapt the design to your stone and budget.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
We work collaboratively with you before any crafting begins. You'll review and approve the design concept first. We don't begin casting until you're fully satisfied — so surprises are rare.
Do you offer resizing or alterations after delivery?
Yes. We offer after-sales support including resizing and minor adjustments. Contact us on WhatsApp and we'll advise on the best solution.
